DMG Boxing kicked off its first-ever event on Saturday, March 8th, 2025, at the Fox Pomona Theater, and it was a night to remember. The doors opened at 6 PM, and a long line of eager fight fans wrapped around the block, excited to get in and secure their seats for a night of intense boxing action. By 7 PM, the first bell rang, setting the stage for an unforgettable night of high-energy matchups and jaw-dropping knockouts.
The night began with an explosive showdown between Brandon Grant and Luis Carrillo. Grant wasted no time, securing a first-round knockout, improving his record to (2-0, 1 KO).
Next, DMG Boxing's own Luis Rubalcava faced Josaphat Navarro. After four rounds of intense back-and-forth action, Navarro pulled off an upset victory by unanimous decision, improving his record to (2-3).
The heavyweights then took the spotlight as Ian Morgan squared off against Ryan Diaz. After four hard-fought rounds, Morgan earned a majority decision victory, improving his record to (3-2, 1 KO).
The action continued with Samvel Gandilyan facing Adan Gonzales. After four rounds of dominating boxing, Gandilyan took home the win by unanimous decision, with a new record of (6-0, 3 KO).
Following a 15-minute intermission, the crowd was electrified as Ruben Cazales made his debut as a DMG Boxer. Cazales faced Adam Abdulhamid in a thrilling 6-round bout, ultimately securing a knockout victory and improving his record to (11-0, 10 KO).
David Romero then took on Dan Hernandez in the evening's sixth fight. The two warriors went five rounds, with Romero finishing strong with a knockout victory, bringing his record to (6-0, 2 KO).
The crowd went wild as Terry Washington made his debut as a DMG Boxer against Jose Daniel Castillo. Washington wasted no time, winning in the first round by TKO. His record now stands at (2-0, 2 KO).
The night culminated in a thrilling main event between DMG Boxing's Micheal Bracamontes and Eugene Lagos. This highly anticipated matchup delivered as Bracamontes knocked Lagos out in the second round, bringing his record to an impressive (11-2, 6 KO).
